The application is allowed.

W.P.(C) 965/2019 Leaned counsel for the petitioner submits that due to certain errors that have crept in she has to make corrections and amendments to the petition and therefore she seeks permission to withdraw the writ petition with liberty to file a separate petition after incorporating and making the desired corrections and amendments. She is permitted to do so.

The writ petition is dismissed as withdrawn with the aforesaid liberty. The pending application also stands disposed of accordingly. Dasti under signature of the Court Master.
