This application has been filed by the Petitioner for a direction to the Respondents to release the documents in favour of Petitioner upon receipt of payment of the surety bond amount and treat the case as settled. 2.

The Petitioner has approached this Court for a direction to the Respondents to release the original documents of the Petitioner which have been withheld by Respondent Nos.1 and 2.

Facts of the case reveal that the Petitioner after completing her MBBS degree joined DNB course in Army College (R&R) for DNB Gastroenterology (Super Specialty). The Petitioner executed a bond for a sum of Rs.32,00,000/- stating the after completion of DNB course, she would serve as Short Service Commission Officer in AFMS for the duration The authenticity of the order can be re-verified from Delhi High Court Order Portal by scanning the QR code shown above. of 5 years. The Petitioner after completion of DNB course stated that she is not in a position to serve the Respondents for the said period. 4.

Challenging the refusal on the part of the Respondents to handover the original documents, the Petitioner has approached this Court by filing the present writ petition.

During the pendency of the writ petition, the Petitioner has filed the present application being CM APPL. 67018/2023 stating that she is willing to pay the bond amount of Rs.32,00,000/- so that her documents be released at the earliest.

It is stated by the learned Counsel for the Petitioner that the Petitioner has paid the entire bond amount.

Since the Petitioner has already paid the entire bond amount, this Court is inclined to direct the Respondents to handover all the original documents to the Petitioner.

The writ petition is disposed of, along with pending application(s), if any. CM APPL. 67018/2023 also stand disposed of. 9.

It is made clear that the question of law raised in the present writ petition is left open.
