% 20.02.2025 CM APPL. 10489/2025 -Delay of 05 days in paying cost to Respondent 1.

This is an application filed by the appellant seeking condonation of 05 days' delay in paying the costs of Rs.50,000/- to the respondent in terms of this Court's order dated 12.12.2024. Learned counsel for the respondent submits that the respondent has already received the costs and therefore, has no objection to the application being allowed. 2.

with the order dated 12.12.2024. However, since HMA No.292/2017, which was directed to be listed before the learned Family Court on 10.02.2025 could not be listed for want of payment of costs by the appellant, we direct that the same would now be listed before the learned Family Court on 10.03.2025, for which purpose the appellant will move an appropriate application well in advance before the learned Family Court. 3.

The application is disposed of.
