% 17.01.2018 Counsel for the respondent no. 2 has not disputed that the matter has been settled between the petitioners and respondent no. 2, inasmuch as settled amount has already been received by the respondent no. 2. 'NOC', issued by the respondent no. 2, has also been filed as Annexure P-3. Respondent no. 2 has no objection in case the FIR is quashed. Keeping in mind the settlement arrived at between the petitioners and respondent no.2 voluntarily, in the interest of justice, FIR No.384/2016 under Section 135 of the Indian Electricity Act (Amend), 2003 registered at police station Malviya Nagar and the consequent proceedings emanating
therefrom are quashed.
Petition is disposed of in the above terms. Miscellaneous application is disposed of as infructuous. Dasti.
