% 16.01.2020 Present writ petition has been filed seeking a direction to respondent No. 1 to consider the transfer of the petitioner to a Semi-Open Jail as well as to declare Rule 1322 (ii) of the Delhi Prison Rules, 2018 unconstitutional. Perusal of the file reveals that the petitioner's representations seeking transfer to Semi-Open Jail have not been decided. It is pertinent to mention that the constitutionality of Rule 1322 (ii) of the Delhi Prison Rules, 2018 is pending consideration before this Court in W.P.(Crl.) 512/2019 titled as Ashok Vishwakarma vs State.
