1. By way of the present petition filed under Section 29A (4) and (5) of the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996, the petitioner seeks an extension of the mandate of the Arbitral Tribunal by a period of one year for concluding the Arbitral proceedings and passing the Award.

2. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the mandate of the Arbitral Tribunal has expired on 23.02.2024.

5. In the circumstances, the mandate is extended till 23.08.2024. The period from 23.02.2024 is also regularised.

6. The present petition is disposed of alongwith miscellaneous applications.
