% 27.08.2019 On April 25, 2019 both the parties were relegated to the Mediation process under the aegis of the Delhi High Court Mediation and Conciliation Centre.

The Delhi High Court Mediation and Conciliation Centre has filed a settlement agreement dated May 30, 2019 along with Annexure-A consisting of six pages. In terms of the settlement, the parties have settled their inter se dispute. Learned counsel for both the parties state that parties shall be bound by the settlement agreement and the suit be decreed in terms of the settlement agreement dated May 30, 2019. Noting the submission made by learned counsel, the suit is decreed in terms of the agreement dated May 30, 2019, which is marked as Ex.-A. The decree sheet shall be prepared in terms of the settlement agreement. The suit is disposed of.

The Registry shall consider refund of the court fee in terms of Section 16 of the Court Fees Act.
