By virtue of the present application under Section 483 of the Bharatiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita, 2023, the applicant seeks extension of the interim bail granted to him by this Court vide order dated 10.02.2026 for a period of eight weeks in proceedings arising out of FIR No.525/2025 dated 21.10.2025 registered at PS: Aman Vihar under Section 109(1) of the Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhita, 2023 (BNS) and Sections The authenticity of the order can be re-verified from Delhi High Court Order Portal by scanning the QR code shown above. Learned senior counsel for the applicant submits that the ailing mother of the applicant with respect to whom the applicant was previously granted bail vide the aforesaid order dated 10.02.2026 has still not recovered fully, and there is nobody else to look after her medical needs. He further submits that on 12.03.2026, the applicant and the complainant have entered into a Compromise Deed dated 12.03.2026 whereby they have settled all disputes inter se themselves. The original thereof has been produced in Court and a copy thereof has been handed over, and is taken on record.

Issue notice.

Learned APP for the State accepts notice, and submits that he has no objection if the interim bail granted to the applicant by this Court vide order dated 10.02.2026 is extended, albeit for a period of two weeks. 7.

In view of the aforesaid facts and circumstances, the interim bail granted by this Court to the applicant vide order dated 10.02.2026 in proceedings arising out of FIR No.525/2025 dated 21.10.2025 registered at PS: Aman Vihar under Section 109(1) BNS and Sections 25/27/54/59 AA is extended for a further period of two weeks on the same terms and conditions as contained in the aforesaid order dated 10.02.2026. 8.
