The present petition is filed under section 25B(8) of the Delhi Rent Control Act, 1958 for setting aside the impugned order dated 17.11.2023 passed by the Court of Ms. Neetu Nagar, ARC-02, Central District, Tis Hazari Courts, Delhi, in Eviction Petition bearing no. E-93/2022 titled as Deepak Sethia V M/s Rama Machinery Store Co. & Others. 2.

The petitioner filed an eviction petition under section 14(1)(e) titled as Deepak Sethia V M/s Rama Machinery Store Co. & Others. bearing no. E-93/2022 on the ground of bonafide requirement as per section 14(1)(e) of the Delhi Rent Control Act, 1958.

The respondents after service of summons as per the Third Schedule filed an application for leave to defend which was allowed vide order dated 17.11.2023. The petitioner being aggrieved filed the present petition. 4.

Mr. S. K. Bhaduri, Advocate for the petitioner stated that the present petition be disposed of with the direction to the trial court to conclude the trial preferably within a span of 06 to 09 months to which the counsel for the respondents does not have any objection.

The present petition is accordingly disposed of with the direction to the trial court to conclude the trial including the pronouncement of the judgment preferably within a span of 09 months from the date of receipt of this order.

The counsel for the petitioner and the respondents assured this Court that they shall be cooperating in the early conclusion of the trial and shall not be seeking an adjournment without any justification. 8.

The present petition is disposed of.

The copy of this order be sent to the trial court for information and compliance.
