The present petition under Section 482 of the Cr.P.C. (Section 528 of the BNSS) seeks the following prayers:
"A. Pass necessary directions and orders thereby setting aside and quashing of the impugned FIR bearing no. 0331/2022 dated 20.08.2022 under sections 498-A/406/34 of Indian Penal Code, 1860 registered at PS: Vasant Kunj North (New Delhi district) at behest of Respondent No. 2/Complainant and all the proceedings emanating therefrom.
AND B. Pass necessary directions and orders thereby directing the Respondent No. 1 to refrain from arrest of the both the Petitioners with respect to the impugned FIR till the pendency of the present Petition.
AND C. Pass any other directions and orders as this Hon'ble court may deem fit."
