% 17.01.2020 This writ petition is filed by the petitioner seeking a direction to the respondent to de-seal property No. K-24, Gali No. 11, Brahmpuri, Delhi. It is submitted that the property in question was sealed as the petitioner had installed a mobile tower in the property. It is further submitted that the mobile tower has been removed long back. Reliance is placed on an order passed in a civil suit on 23.11.2015 which is attached at page 35 of the writ petition.

None had appeared for EDMC despite service of advance notice. On my request, Mr.Tushar Sannu, Additional Standing Counsel has entered appearance for EDMC.

Let the respondent deal with the application of the petitioner for desealing of the property within four weeks from today. Nothing further survives in this petition. The petition stands disposed of. Pending application also stands disposed of. JAYANT NATH, J JANUARY 17, 2020/rb
