By way of this petition, the petitioner is seeking parole for a period of three months to file SLP before the Hon'ble Supreme Court and to re-establish social ties.

Initially, the petitioner was convicted under Section 302/34 IPC by the trial court.

The petitioner preferred an appeal and vide judgment dated 19.07.2019, the conviction was modified to Section 304 (Part II) instead of 302 IPC.

As per the nominal roll, the unexpired portion of sentence is only one year and nine months. 3.

Keeping in view the facts and circumstances of this case, the petition is allowed and the petitioner is admitted to parole for a period of four weeks from the date of his release, for the purpose of filing of SLP and re-establishing social ties on his furnishing a personal bond in the sum of Rs.20,000/- with one surety of the like amount to the

satisfaction of the Jail Superintendent. The petitioner shall surrender before the Jail Superintendent on the expiry of the parole period. The petitioner shall, at the time of his surrender, file a copy of the SLP with the Jail Superintendent.

A copy of this order be sent to the concerned Jail Superintendent for compliance. 4.

The petition stands disposed of.
