The petitioner's grievance is that its goods i.e. Aerosol Valve/Spray of Aerosol, imported against the bills of entry dated 14.01.2019 have not yet been processed and released.

The respondent herein, through Mr.Harpreet Singh, Senior Standing Counsel appears on advance notice and submits that provisional assessment would be carried out shortly and appropriate demands made. 3.

The respondent shall complete the process and issue provisional assessment order, pending final assessment proceedings, as early as possible, preferably within two weeks from today. W.P.(C) 916/2019

All rights and contentions of the parties, including the contentions of the petitioner, are kept open.

The writ petition is disposed of.
