% 16.01.2020 Petitioner is undergoing sentence in FIR No. 1086/2000 and FIR No. 1107/2000, registered at police station Uttam Nagar, Delhi for the offences under Sections 302/201/120B/34 IPC and Sections 25/54/59 of Arms Act. Vide this petition, petitioner is seeking parole for three months to enable him to file Special Leave Petition against the judgment and sentence of 21st and 26th April, 2004.

Upon notice, learned Additional Standing Counsel has placed on record status report dated 9th January, 2020 which states that petitioner has already preferred Special Leave Petition vide diary No. 31298/2019. In view of above, counsel for petitioner seeks permission to withdraw this petition.
