% 09.01.2025 Mr. Amarjit Singh, learned counsel for the petitioner, submits that the area in question has been urbanised, and is now under the jurisdiction of the Delhi Development Authority.

He therefore seeks permission to withdraw this writ petition, with liberty to file a fresh writ petition for the same relief against the appropriate authorities.

The writ petition is dismissed as withdrawn with liberty as aforesaid.
