The petitioner seeks regular bail under Section 439 Cr.P.C. in case FIR No.566/2017 registered under Sections 376/506 IPC at PS Sangam Vihar. Status report not filed.

I have heard the learned counsel for the parties and have examined the file. The petitioner is in custody since 19.05.2017. The prosecutrix and the petitioner were acquainted with each other. Physical relations took place between the two with consent albeit on the alleged promise to marry. The prosecutrix even became pregnant. At one stage, the prosecutrix and the petitioner had lived together.

Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, the petitioner is admitted to bail on his furnishing personal bond in the sum of ` 50,000/- with one surety in the like amount to the satisfaction of the Trial Court.

The bail application stands disposed of.
