% 16.02.2018 Vide the present petition, the petitioner is seeking a direction to the respondent no.1/GNCTD to include his name in the seniority list maintained by the respondents for persons eligible for allotment of alternative plot. On the last date, Ms.Jyoti Tyagi had sought time to get instructions, today on instructions she submits that in view of the averments made in the writ petition, it would be appropriate if the respondents are granted time to pass a reasoned and speaking order on the request made by the petitioner. Accordingly, it is directed that the present writ petition to be treated as a representation and disposed of by the respondents by passing a reasoned and speaking order within two months.
Needless to say that the said order been passed without
prejudice to the rights and contentions of the parties, in case the petitioner is still aggrieved by the order passed by the respondents, he will be at liberty to take legal recourse as per law. The writ petition alongwith the pending application is disposed of with the aforesaid directions.
