(a) To implement the demolition order passed by the SDMC, Respondent Authority and demolish the entire illegal structure and encroachment of public way / land / street / passage / Gali carried out on property bearing no. 197, Hauzrani, Malviya Nagar, New Delhi - 110017. (b) Call the record of the Writ Petition No. 935/2019 and decide the same on merits and / or direct the concerned Authorities to demolish the entire illegal unauthorized structure and encroachment carried out on the property bearing no. 197, Hauzrani, Malviya Nagar, New Delhi - 110017 and direct the D.C.P (South) / Area S.H.O. P.S. - Malviya Nagar to provide police force with adequate number of ladies force.

(c) Any other and further order (s) as this Hon'ble court may deem fit and proper in the facts and

circumstances of the present case."

Suffice it would be to state that the petition was disposed of by this Court relegating the petitioner to the Special Task Force. Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that the petitioner had approached the STF immediately thereafter. The grievance of the petitioner is that no action is being taken by the STF despite an order of demolition. According to him, the only reason for the demolition not being done is that no assistance is being provided by the police.

Be that as it may, since the petitioner has been relegated to the STF, appropriate for the petitioner is to approach the STF for early disposal of his complaint dated February 26, 2019. In that regard, the petitioner shall file an application before the STF on the strength of this order within a week. On the filing of the said application, the STF shall take up the matter and pass an appropriate order as expeditiously as possible. With the above, the application stands disposed of. V.
