2. A perusal of the record shows that the petition was filed assailing the interim order dated 29.03.2023 passed by the learned Central Administrative Tribunal in OA No.939/2023.

3. Learned counsel for the respondents submits that judgment in the said OA has already been reserved.

4. In these circumstances, it appears that the petitioners are no longer interested in pursuing the petition any further.

5. The petition is, accordingly, dismissed in default and for nonprosecution.
