The present application has been filed by the Appellant seeking recall of the judgment dated 24th May, 2019. It is submitted by Mr. Jasmeet Singh, ld. counsel for Appellant that the said judgment was passed on the basic By:PRATHIBA M SINGH

premise that the grandson of Respondent No.1 i.e. Respondent No.2 had moved into a different accommodation and was no longer living in the suit premises with his grand-parents. However, ld. counsel submits that Respondent No. 2 has now moved back into the house of his grand-parents i.e. the suit premises, where his parents are also staying. It is submitted that the Appellant/Applicant, who is the wife of Respondent No.2, is not being paid any maintenance nor offered any alternative accommodation. 6.
