W.P.(C) 303/2017 & C.M. No.1413/2017 Petitioner is aggrieved by the illegal and unauthorized construction which has been permitted to respondent no.2 in property bearing plot Nos.A-82 and A-83 Gali No.6, Sewak Park, New Delhi. It is stated that this is against all the bye-laws of the Corporation. On advance notice learned counsel for respondent no.1/SDMC has put in appearance. His submission is that the deviation in the aforenoted property has been noted and action has been taken; the property already stands booked and a show cause notice has also been issued to the private respondent namely respondent no.2. His further submission is that all actions which have been initiated will be taken

to its ultimate goal. This statement of the respondent no.1 is taken on record which has been made under instruction from his Authorized Representative. It is hoped and expected that that this commitment made to the Court shall be honoured in true letter and spirit. Learned counsel for respondent further submits that all actions shall be completed against the aforenoted property within an outer limit of 12 weeks from today. Police assistance whenever necessary may be obtained.

No further orders are called for in this petition. Petition disposed of.
