Petition under Section 528 of the Bharatiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita, 2023 ('BNSS') has been preferred on behalf of the petitioner for quashing of FIR No. 434/2017 under Sections 370/344/317 IPC, Section 10 of POCSO Act and Sections 75/79 of Juvenile Justice (Care and Protection of Children) Act, 2000 ('J.J. Act'), registered at P.S.: North Rohini and proceedings emanating therefrom. Chargesheet has been filed under Sections 344/317/370 IPC and 75/79 J.J. Act.
