Learned ASC for the state submits that as per the status report filed by SHO PS Rajendera Nagar dated 02.03.2022, there is no threat perception to the complainant in the area. However, it has been submitted that the beat and division officers of that particular area have been briefed and sensitized in this regard.

The present petition has been filed seeking direction to the concerned SHO to provide safety and protection of the life of the petitioner from respondent Nos. 5 to 10.

In terms of the status report, concerned SHO is directed to ensure that if any complaint is filed by the complainant in case of any uncovered incident it may be treated in accordance with law.
