P. 92/2018 Counsel for the petitioner fairly submits that in view of the judgment of the Supreme Court in Duro Felguera, S.A. vs. Gangavaram Port Limited (2017) 9 SCC 729, the petitioner may have to file separate petitions with respect to the two Purchase Orders. He prays for leave to withdraw the present petition with liberty to file fresh petitions with respect to each of the Purchase Order. The petition is dismissed as withdrawn with liberty as prayed for.
