The present petition raises a grievance as regards unauthorised construction at property bearing No. E-84, Khasra No. 268, Okhla Village, Near Tikona Park, Okhla, New Delhi- 110025 ad-measuring 250 Sq. Yds. including 50 Sq. Yds. area encroached by respondent no.4. 2.

Mr. Sabharwal, standing counsel for the MCD who appears on advance notice submits that a demolition order in respect of the said unauthorised construction has already been issued, and the demolition action is proposed to be taken on 07.03.2024.

Taking on record the aforesaid submission, the present petition is disposed of with directions to the Respondent/ MCD to take requisite action in accordance with law.
