% 20.02.2017 Learned counsel for the respondent submits that the application for renunciation of citizenship by the petitioner has been accepted by the Government and the petitioner has been directed to make certain necessary compliances. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner shall make the necessary compliances as has been required by the respondent and as such does not wish to press the present petition any further.
In view of the above, the writ petition is dismissed as withdrawn.
