Petitioner contends that after filing of the subject petitions, the impugned show cause notices have been adjudicated and Order-in-Original dated 28.03.2024 have been passed and accordingly Petitioner seeks to W.P.(C) 2836/2024 & W.P.(C) 2837/2024 The authenticity of the order can be re-verified from Delhi High Court Order Portal by scanning the QR code shown above. withdraw the petitions with liberty to file composite petition impugning the Order-in-Original dated 28.03.2024.
