CAV 38/2020 As the learned counsel for the respondent has entered appearance on advance notice, the Caveat stands discharged. CM(M) 39/2020 & CM No. 1679/2020 With the consent of the parties the present petition is disposed of with the following directions:- a) The respondent shall file the amended petition before the learned Trial Court within a period of two days;

b) The petitioner shall not object to such amendment and the amended petition shall be taken on record by the learned Trial Court;

c) The petitioner shall file her written statement within a period of two weeks of receipt of the amended petition from the respondent; d) Within one week thereafter, the learned Trial Court shall fix a date for carrying out the admission/denial of documents that are filed alongwith amended petition/reply;

e) The respondent shall file affidavit of evidence of his witnesses within a period of one week of the admission/denial of the documents;

f) The learned Trial Court shall make an endeavour to dispose of the petition as expeditiously as possible.
