Counsel for the plaintiffs submits that he has instructions from the plaintiffs that the present suit can be decreed in terms of the statement made by counsel for the defendant, which is noted in the order passed by this Court on 24th February, 2025. The said statement is set out below: "Mr. Jayant Kumar appears on behalf of the defendant and submits that his client has already discontinued the use of the impugned bottle which had the embossing of the plaintiffs' mark. He further submits that he had discontinued the same much before the filing of the suit." 2.
Accordingly, a decree of permanent injunction is passed in favour of the plaintiffs and against the defendant in terms of paragraph no.52(i) of the plaint.

Counsel for the plaintiffs does not press for the remaining reliefs. 4.
The suit is accordingly disposed of.

All pending application also stands disposed of. 6.
