Learned ASC for the State appears on advance Notice. 3.

It is submitted that Petitioner‟s father‟s name is Late Sh. Hawa Singh, while in the Judgment dated 14.11.2025, the same has been mentioned as Surender Kumar.

In view of submissions made, father‟s name of the Petitioner be read as Late Sh. Hawa Singh instead of Surender Kumar. 5.

Application is disposed of.
