Sultanpuri, Delhi, and the same is pending trial before the Hon'ble Court of MS. Sanya Dalal, Ld. MM, Rohini Courts, Delhi for further proceedings, in the interest of justice and for the sake of brevity. Any other or further relief or remedy which this Hon'ble Court may deem fit and proper may also be granted in favour of the petitioners." 2.
