The Status Report has been filed on behalf of the State, wherein it is stated that the Chargesheet in FIR No. 144/2024 stands filed under Sections 308/34 of the Indian Penal Code, 1860.

The relief sought by way of present petition by the petitioner is that the investigation in FIR No. 144/2024 be transferred to an independent investigating agency from the local Police and direction be issued to the SHO, Police Station Subzi Mandi, Delhi to conduct the fair and unbiased investigation.

Since the Chargesheet has already been filed in the present FIR No. 144/2024 before the learned Trial Court, the present petition has become infructuous.
