% 17.01.2020 Admittedly the Suit of which transfer is prayed for in the present petition has been dismissed in default by the learned Trial Court and an application under Order IX Rule 9 of the Code of Civil Procedure, 1908 is pending consideration.

In view thereof, the present petition is not maintainable at this stage and the same is dismissed.
