1. It is stated that despite the order dated 27th May, 2019 and the representation made by the Petitioner on 9th July, 2019 for compassionate allowance, no decision has yet been taken.

2. Accordingly, the Respondents are directed to decide the Petitioner‟s request for compassionate allowance positively on or before 28th February, 2020 and to communicate the decision to the Petitioner within ten days thereafter. It the Petitioner is aggrieved by such decision he is at liberty to seek appropriate remedies in accordance with law.
