After hearing arguments for some time, learned counsel for the applicant, without prejudice to her rights and contentions, does not press the present application at this stage. She, however, seeks liberty to file application afresh, if so required, once the order on charge is pronounced. 2.
She also prays that along with the FSL report, there was one pen drive, a copy of which has yet not been supplied to her. 3.
Learned Addl. P.P. for the State submits that requisite instructions in this regard would be conveyed to the Investigating Officer to ensure that spare copy of any such pen drive, which has been made part of the record, is duly supplied to the applicant on next date of hearing before the learned Trial Court. 4.
The application stands disposed of in aforesaid terms. 5.
Liberty, as prayed for, is granted.
