"a. Allow the present petition, and b. Quash & Set-aside the Summoning Order dated 03.10.2024 passed Courts in Cr. Case No. 2340 of 2024 by the Ld. JMFC-02, South- West, Dwarka taking cognizance & summoning the petitioner herein, and c. Quash & set aside the chargesheet/final report filed under Section 173 Criminal Procedure Code in relation to FIR No. 206/2022 under Section 420 & 34 IPC at P.S. Dwarka South in so far it related to the petitioner herein and also quash all other proceedings subsequent thereto. d. Pass any other order(s), as this Hon'ble Court may deem fit and proper in the interest of justice."
