% 29.01.2020 Mr. Saurabh Arora, Authorized Representative of the petitioner's company appears in person and submits that the matter stands settled between the parties. He has placed on record copy of the Settlement Agreement dated 29.03.2019. He submits that the settlement amount was Rs. 12,00,000/-, out of which Rs. 3,60,000/- has already been received from respondent and the balance payment will be made by the end of April, 2020.

In view of the settlement arrived at between the parties, Authorized Representative of the petitioner's company seeks permission to withdraw this petition. In case, the full and final amount is not paid by respondent by the end of April, 2020, the petitioner is at liberty to move an application for revival of the criminal leave petition. The present petition is, therefore, dismissed as withdrawn with liberty as prayed for.
