Puneet Pahwa, Additional Rent Controller-02, Central District, Tis Hazari and Set aside the impugned Order dated 18.07.2019 passed therein and allow the application for leave to defend filed by the Petitioner; and/or (b) Pass such other order/directions as this Hon'ble Court may deem fit in the interest of justice."
