The limited relief pressed by the petitioner is that the respondent no.1 be directed to process the visa application of the petitioner bearing No. UZBTV0034024 dated 11.08.2024 submitted to Embassy of India, Tashkent, in a time bound manner.

Considering the aforesaid limited request, and given the factual conspectus of the matter as disclosed in the petition, the respondent no.1 is directed to process and take a decision on the aforesaid visa application of the petitioner within a period of six weeks from today. 3.

In case visa is sought to be denied to the petitioner, let a reasoned order be passed under intimation to the petitioner. Needless to say, in such an eventuality, the petitioner shall be at liberty to avail appropriate remedies under law.
