% 28.01.2020 Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the Placement Committee is likely to sit in the first week of February and the case of the respondent would be considered for transfer to Bhopal, which was one of the locations indicated by the respondent.

Mr. A.K. Behera, learned counsel for the petitioner has no objection to the same and submits that upon receipt of the transfer order to Bhopal the respondent will join the place of posting at Bhopal within the time stipulated. He further submits that O.A. filed by him before the Tribunal may be treated as withdrawn. Accordingly, the O.A. stands dismissed as withdrawn.

Taking on record the statement made in court, as a consequence of which the initial transfer order would stand modified, the writ petition stands disposed of.

W.P.(C) 619/2020

The court appreciates the effort put in by learned counsels for the parties for disposal of the matter expeditiously. G.S.SISTANI, J.
