On being pointed out that the prayers made in this petition in the form in which they have been made, cannot be granted by the Court in exercise of its jurisdiction under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, learned counsel representing the petitioner prays that he may be permitted to withdraw the present petition with liberty to file afresh. 6.
In view of the above, the present petition stands dismissed as withdrawn with liberty as prayed for.
