% 17.01.2020 This matter has been received on transfer today. This writ petition has been filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India. The petition seeks the following prayer:- "a) Issue a writ of certiorari or any other appropriate Writ, order or direction in the like nature, thereby quashing the impugned order cum show cause notice dated 13.01.2020 issued by the respondent along with consequential relief.
b) pass any other or further order(s) as this Hon'ble Court deems fit and proper in the interest of justice."
Mr. Sandeep Sethi, learned senior counsel for the petitioner at the outset clarifies that the impugned order is a composite order which includes the show cause notice with regard to black-listing of the petitioner. In the W.P.(C) 669/2020
circumstances, he submits that he would not press the same at this stage ; but seeks liberty to approach this court again in case any adverse order is passed.
Learned senior counsel for the petitioner accordingly wishes to withdraw the present petition and the applications filed therewith. The writ petition and the applications filed therewith are dismissed as withdrawn.
