The present application is filed seeking permission to withdraw the present petition on the ground that the parties have settled their disputes.

The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the parties by agreement dated 01.10.2024 have settled all their disputes. He submits that the prosecution has already filed closure report which has been accepted by the learned Trial Court.

The application is allowed.
