An Application has been filed for impleadement of Ms. Anuradha as her husband Sh. Sanjeev Kumar has died on 18.03.2025, as per the Death Certificate. He is survived by his wife Smt. Anuradha and two sons namely Neelankar and Shubhankar.

A No Objection Affidavit has been filed on behalf of two sons Neelankar and Shubhankar to the impleadment of Ms. Anuradha in place of deceased Petitioner.

In view of the submissions made, the Application is allowed and Smt. Anuradha wife of deceased Petitioner Sanjeev Kumar is taken on record. 4.
