Learned counsel for the petitioner states upon instructions that the petitioner who was a bachelor has since expired on 26.10.2023. He submits that he has no instructions to pursue the present petition. 2.

Mr. Nawal Kishore Jha, learned APP for State states upon instructions from the IO that the State has not challenged the impugned order granting bail to respondent No.2 and the factum of death of the petitioner stands verified.

Keeping in view the aforesaid, no further orders are required. 4.

The petition along with pending application stands disposed of accordingly.
