The accused/applicant seeks regular bail in case FIR No. 304/2023 of Police Station Swaroop Nagar for offence under Section 147/148/149/302/ 307 IPC.

Learned APP accepts notice and seeks and is allowed four weeks to file status report. Learned APP has today shown me CCTV footages of the alleged incident.

At this stage, learned counsel for accused/applicant seeks permission to withdraw this bail application with liberty to file afresh after examination of the remaining injured/eye witnesses.
