By way of the present applications, the applicants seek grant of regular bail under Section 483 of the Bharatiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita, 2023, in connection with FIR No. 10/2025 dated 08.03.2025, registered at Cyber Police Station, Outer North District, Delhi, under Sections 318(4), 61(2), and 3(5) of the Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhita, 2023. Mr. Yudhvir Singh Chauhan, learned Additional Public Prosecutor, points out at the outset that, in both these cases, the applicants were granted interim bail, which was extended by the learned Sessions Court from time to time until 05.02.2026. However, they have not surrendered despite the expiry of the period of interim bail. 3.
Mr. Omkar Sharma, learned counsel for the applicants, does not dispute this position and seeks permission to withdraw the bail applications.

The applications for regular bail, alongwith pending application(s), are dismissed as withdrawn.
