1. After some arguments, learned counsel for the petitioner submits that instead of pressing the present petition, the petitioner will seek appropriate remedies in accordance with law against the respondent nos.2 & 3. He, therefore, does not press the present petition.
2. As prayed for, the petition along with pending application stands dismissed as not pressed. It is, however, made clear that, in case, the petitioner avails of any remedy against the respondent nos.2 & 3, the same will be considered on its own merits.
