% 30.01.2019 The petitioner seeks bail. He was earlier on bail pursuant to a settlement between the parties that he would pay certain monies. He has defaulted in payment. Hence, the Trial Court has cancelled his bail. Insofar as he has knowingly breached the condition of the bail, there is no occasion for granting him any relief at this stage. The petition is dismissed.
