By way of the present application, the applicant seeks grant of regular bail in connection with FIR No. 437/2025 dated 26.07.2025, registered at Police Station Prem Nagar under Section 137(2) of the Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhita, 2023.

Further to the order dated 06.04.2026, the prosecutrix, who is still a minor, is present in Court alongwith her father. 3.
At the very outset, Mr. Hitesh Vali, learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the State, submits that charges have already been framed; however, the evidence of the witnesses, including the prosecutrix and her parents, is yet to be recorded.
